Selling your home in North Carolina
Your home on the MLS. The commission stays in your pocket.
The same listing a full-price agent would put up, on the same MLS, seen by the same buyers. You set the price, you approve the showings, and you pay a flat fee instead of a percentage.
- Licensed NC real estate brokerage, firm C26154
- Sheri Gregory, broker-in-charge
- Listed in Canopy MLS and My State MLS
- Shows on Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia and Homes.com
Do the math
What you would keep on your sale.
A listing agent's side is usually 2.5-3% of the price. Here it is a flat fee plus a small share only if the home sells. Drag to your number.
If your home sells for
$350,000
Drag to your price. Numbers compare a typical 2.5-3% listing-side commission with our packages; buyer-agent compensation, if you offer any, is separate either way.

How it works
From your address to live on the MLS.
The North Carolina forms are part of it: the listing agreement, the Residential Property and Owners' Association Disclosure, the mineral and oil and gas rights disclosure, and the lead-paint form for older homes are filled in from what you enter and signed online. At closing the attorney pays everyone from the proceeds; you never write us a check.

Questions
What sellers ask before they list.
Is this a real brokerage?
Yes. Connect Realty of The Carolinas is a licensed real estate brokerage (NC firm license C26154), with Sheri Gregory as broker-in-charge. Your listing is entered in the MLS under the brokerage, exactly like a full-commission listing.
Which MLS will my property be in?
The one that covers your county. We list in North Carolina; type your address and the property page names the MLS before you sign up.
What do I pay at closing?
On the MLS Listing, 0.5% of the sale price (minimum $750), paid from the proceeds only if the home sells. Investor plans pay no commission at closing.
Do I have to offer a buyer-agent commission?
No. Buyer-agent compensation, if you choose to offer any, is set by you and paid at closing. Many sellers offer something to attract agents; it is your call.
Who handles showings and offers?
Showing requests come through ShowingTime and buyer inquiries are forwarded to you by email. Offers come to you, with the buyer's agent's details, and you decide what to accept, counter or decline.
How fast will it be live?
Within 24-48 hours of approval and signed documents, on business days.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime and for any reason. Listings under contract cannot be cancelled. See the refund policy for what is returned.
How many photos can I upload?
As many as your MLS allows. Professional photos are available as an add-on.
See your home's numbers before you decide.
